Early Childhood Education is s two-year program designed for students who desire to work in careers involving young children and their families. Students will have experiences with preschoolers through the Scott Tech preschool. Students will be responsible for planning activities that stimulate a child’s mental, physical, emotional and social growth. 

Trainees will learn to provide a safe, healthy and loving environment that will allow children to explore and develop their natural curiosity and imagination. Students will create and discover exciting early childhood lessons, and activities. Students will develop essential skills needed for teaching children and have internship opportunities. Students enrolled in the class are required to have TB tests and background checks.
