MAP & EOC Testing Free Breakfast

The Monett R-1 School District is preparing for MAP testing for grades 3-8 and EOC (End of Year) testing for high school students. To support students, Monett R-1 will offer FREE breakfast to MAP testing & EOC students on testing days. Free breakfast will only be available on the days listed below (testing make up days are excluded from the free breakfast).  

The following tips will help support your student during testing: 

  1. Encourage your student to get a good night's sleep on testing days. A well-rested mind is better able to concentrate and retain information. 

  2. Provide an encouraging environment at home and remind your student that they are capable of doing their best. 

  3. Arrive at school early to take advantage of the free breakfast offered to students on testing days. Rushing on testing days can cause unnecessary stress and anxiety. 

Here's the MAP and EOC Testing Schedule: 

3rd Grade

  • ELA: May 9, 10

  • Math: May 3, 4 

4th Grade

  • ELA: May 2, 3, 4

  • Math: May 9, 10

5th Grade

  • ELA: April 25, 26, 27

  • Math: May 2, 3 

  • Science: May 9, 10

6th Grade

  • ELA: May 2, 3, 4

  • Math: May 9, 10, 11 

7th Grade

  • ELA: May 2, 3, 4

  • Math: May 9, 10, 11

8th Grade 

  • ELA: May 2, 3, 4

  • Math: May 9, 10, 11

  • Science: May 10, 11 


MHS EOC Assessments

  • MHS EOC students in the following classes will have the option to receive free breakfast on the specified dates below. 

  • English: April 27

  • Government: April 26

  • Algebra I: May 3

  • Biology: May 4
